What we do not do here
- Cold chain is NOT offered today — we will say so rather than take the consignment.
- Schedule H and H1 drugs move only between licensed entities, with the licence recorded against the account.
- Diagnostic samples are accepted as non-infectious categories only, packaged by the sender to IATA-equivalent triple packaging.
