What you earn
- A share of net revenue on every shipment originating in your territory
- A share on every shipment delivered into your territory
- Override on counter partners you recruit and support
- A share of shipments from merchants you sign, for the life of the account
- B2B contracts you close within the approved discount band
What we provide
- Exclusive territory, enforced in software — not by agreement alone
- The whole operating stack: booking, dispatch, tracking, POD, settlement
- Line haul out of your district, and carrier partners beyond the state
- Rate card, e-way bills, GST invoicing and COD reconciliation
- Launch support on the ground for the first 30 days
- Inbound volume from day one — we do not sell a territory without it
What you provide
- Hub premises, riders and their vehicles
- Working capital for COD float and rider payouts between remittances
- Local merchant and B2B sales
- Service levels on first and last mile, measured by the platform
When this is the wrong tier
If you want volume handed to you without selling, take a last-mile partnership instead. A city franchise earns most from merchants it signs itself.
Run the numbers
Payback is measured against the midpoint of the range above, not the floor. If the answer comes out red at the volume you actually expect, that is the honest answer — and you should not take this tier yet.
Origin territory
22% of net
Booking, first mile and origin counter commission.
Destination territory
18% of net
Last mile and destination counter commission.
State master override
3% of net
On every shipment touching their state, from either end.

Indicative planning figures, not an offer. Real revenue share, fees and territory terms are set in the franchise agreement, and we will walk you through your own territory's actual volume before you commit to anything.
Everything we charge
- Joining fee
- Once, on signing
- Security deposit
- Once, on signing
- Revenue share
- Per shipment
- Platform fee
- Monthly
- Marketing fund
- Not charged
Non-refundable, but amortised over the term — an early exit returns the unused part.
Refundable. Held against COD float and defined deductions, never recognised as our revenue.
Taken from net revenue at settlement. There is no separate royalty on turnover.
Covers software, support and the insurance pool. Waived for the first 90 days.
We do not levy one. National marketing is our cost, not a line on your invoice.
What you can hold us to
- Settlement on the published cycle
- Weekly, with a line-level statement keyed to shipment IDs
- Territory enforced in software
- No allocation inside your boundary to anyone else, ever
- Support response
- One working day for commercial issues, same day for anything blocking operations
- Rate changes with notice
- 30 days before a rate card change affects your economics
- No new territory without demand
- We do not appoint into a market we cannot show volume in
- Change of control
- Transfer on identical terms, or exit with deposit and unamortised fee returned
Apply for a city franchise
Tell us the territory. We will come back with the volume flowing through it today, so you are deciding on data rather than a pitch — and if there is no volume, we will say so.
- 1Enquiry — You tell us the territory. We tell you whether it has volume, honestly, and what our data shows.
- 2Disclosure pack — The model, the agreement, the rate card and the territory data. No form, no sales call required.
- 3Territory check — We confirm the boundary as a polygon and reserve it for 14 days while you decide.
- 4Agreement — Signed, with the territory, the split and the exit terms attached as schedules.
- 5Onboarding — Platform access, training, signage, and 30 days of launch support on the ground.
- 6Go live — Inbound volume from the existing network on day one, not a cold start.
- 7Review — Quarterly, against the service levels in the agreement — both directions.
- 8Renewal or exit — Renew on published terms, transfer with our consent, or exit with the deposit returned against defined deductions.
This is our published model, not an offer. Final terms are in the franchise agreement, and the agreement is what binds — not this page.
Questions
A one-time joining fee of ₹75,000, a refundable security deposit of ₹1,50,000, and your own setup cost — premises, equipment and working capital. The joining fee and the deposit are ours; the rest is yours and stays yours. The platform fee is waived for the first 90 days.
