The problem we started with
Someone in Patna wants to send a parcel to Darbhanga. Today that means phoning three bus operators, walking to Mithapur bus stand, negotiating a price with a driver, handing over the parcel against a paper slip or nothing at all, photographing the number plate, WhatsApping it to the receiver, and then arranging a separate auto at the other end.
No price certainty. No proof. No recourse. And it happens thousands of times a day.
We turned all of that into one booking, one price and one tracking link.
