When this is the wrong tier

This is an add-on to a shop, not a business on its own. If you are looking for a full-time income from day one, take a city territory instead.

Run the numbers

Payback is measured against the midpoint of the range above, not the floor. If the answer comes out red at the volume you actually expect, that is the honest answer — and you should not take this tier yet.

Origin territory

22% of net

Booking, first mile and origin counter commission.

Destination territory

18% of net

Last mile and destination counter commission.

State master override

3% of net

On every shipment touching their state, from either end.

Tell us the territory. We will come back with the volume flowing through it today, so you are deciding on data rather than a pitch — and if there is no volume, we will say so.

  1. 1EnquiryYou tell us the territory. We tell you whether it has volume, honestly, and what our data shows.
  2. 2Disclosure packThe model, the agreement, the rate card and the territory data. No form, no sales call required.
  3. 3Territory checkWe confirm the boundary as a polygon and reserve it for 14 days while you decide.
  4. 4AgreementSigned, with the territory, the split and the exit terms attached as schedules.
  5. 5OnboardingPlatform access, training, signage, and 30 days of launch support on the ground.
  6. 6Go liveInbound volume from the existing network on day one, not a cold start.
  7. 7ReviewQuarterly, against the service levels in the agreement — both directions.
  8. 8Renewal or exitRenew on published terms, transfer with our consent, or exit with the deposit returned against defined deductions.

We will only use this to contact you about your enquiry.

This is our published model, not an offer. Final terms are in the franchise agreement, and the agreement is what binds — not this page.

Questions

A one-time joining fee of ₹5,000, a refundable security deposit of ₹15,000, and your own setup cost — premises, equipment and working capital. The joining fee and the deposit are ours; the rest is yours and stays yours. The platform fee is waived for the first 90 days.
